Duties: 
Under the supervision of the Program Manager, responsible for the day-to-day management of the Youth Contact-FCCS Program. Provide clinical and administrative supervision of staff and ensure compliance with contracts and regulatory agencies. Also maintain ethical standards of licensure and complete continuing education as required.
 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
 
Responsible for the administrative and clinical supervision of both clinical and paraprofessional staff for the Youth Contact-FCCS Program.
 
Ensures contract compliance with LAUSD and updates School-Site Plans annually.
 
Interact with community agencies and contacts, such as school personnel, juvenile probation, DCFS, and others, to implement mental health and school-based counseling services.
 
Assign clients to appropriate Mental Health Clinicians.
 
Responsible for overseeing that the productivity requirement set for the program is achieved, and responsible for monitoring this with each individual staff member to ensure that this essential job requirement is met.
 
Be involved in interviewing new candidates and responsible, in collaboration with the Program Manager, for the hiring process.
 
Responsible for chart utilization review.
 
Provide crisis intervention as needed.
LCSW, MFT, or Ph.D./Psy.D. in clinical psychology from an accredited university, and licensed in the state of California for a minimum of three (3) years.
 
At least two (2) years of experience with providing clinical supervision. At least
one (1) year in a supervisory or management position in a related setting.
 
Knowledge regarding Child and Family Mental Health, Family Systems and Family Strengths-Based approaches, as well as of Child Welfare and Juvenile Probation Services highly preferred.
 
Ability to multi-task and assume responsibility for the day-to-day functioning of the East Valley Youth and Family Center Program in all capacities.
 
Must pass the Department of Justice Fingerprint Clearance.
 
Valid California Driver’s License is required. Must meet guidelines of agency’s driving criteria (i.e. Proof of liability insurance, minimal moving violations, driving record free of DUI’s or reckless driving in the last 3 years, etc.) and maintain the criteria as per company policy at all times.    REQ# C08334A Apply Here
