Programs

We offer a wide variety of job opportunities as we have 35 programs located throughout the San Fernando Valley.  Although some of these opportunities are in the Administrative Offices, the majority of them are out in the field helping individuals as case managers, social workers, therapists and nurses.

Job

Master of Social Work (MSW) from an accredited school of social work AND a current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) registration number through the California Board of Behavioral Sciences.

Masters in psychology or related behavioral science field from accredited university and a current Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT)

Doctorate in Psychology from an accredited university AND current Psychologist registration with the California Board of Psychology

Must maintain current status as a licensed professional under California law.

Minimum of two (2) years experience in a mental health setting.

Must have a valid California Driver License in good standing and be insurable by the Center’s auto insurance carrier.

Must act in accordance with all Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) of 1996 and related state law confidentiality requirements. Must successfully complete the Center’s HIPAA training, pass the HIPAA test, and receive the Certification of Compliance.

Regular attendance is an essential function of the job.

Interacting with other employees at work is an essential function of the job.

Arriving at work on time and not leaving early is an essential function of the job.

Job
Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or related behavioral science field from an accredited university. Completing a MS, MA, or MSW a plus.
 
Minimum two (2) years experience working with domestic violence, crisis intervention, mental health issues, CalWORKS population, or other related fields.

  2. Minimum 2 years of experience in a mental health setting. Community mental health experience desirable. Experience with the severely, mentally ill desirable.

Three (3) year of experience working as a Mental Health Clinician at least one of which focused on treatment of trauma. Experience providing bio-psychosocial assessments to adults, adolescents, and/or children.
