The program is an in-custody substance abuse treatment program located at the Pitchess Detention Center. The program works directly with the Los Angeles County Drug Court Program in accepting referrals for the in-custody treatment program. The program provides both group and individual counseling, substance abuse/mental health assessment, plan development, case management services and crisis intervention. Progress is reported directly to the assigned court. The program is staffed with a multi-disciplinary treatment team and works closely with Correctional Health under Department of Health Services.
