The Center for Family Living (CFL) serves adults who are diagnosed with a serious and chronic mental health condition.
Services include:
- Psychiatric medication services
- Crisis intervention
- Individual therapy
- Individual Counseling
- Case management
Referrals for services are received from psychiatric hospitals, physical medical providers, and other mental health providers, among others.
CFL provides services at the clinic and in the field as appropriate. This includes in-home mental health therapy, counseling, and case management. Linkage with adjunct resources in the community is also provided, including transportation and employment. Consumers can be seen for short-term weekly therapy and ongoing bimonthly or monthly services.
Funding is provided by MediCal and MediCal/Medicare insurance.
