We approach services with well-being in mind for clients, staff and the community and champion the need for self-care, maintaining work/life balance, and addressing compassion fatigue.
  10. Trauma-informed – Our staff acknowledges the pervasiveness of trauma and the need to understand our consumer’s diverse life experiences. As a response all staff are trained to be responsive to this reality using evidence-based strategies.
